A school summer adventure trip to the Austrian Alps. Take your students to the beautiful Tyrol region of Austria in summer.
Stay in the heart of Salzburgerland in the high mountain village of Werfenweng or alternatively in one of our lovely hotels by the lake in the fabulous resort of Zell am See.
A range of exciting options are available to your group and can be tailored to suit your needs. These range from relaxing in the local outdoor pool to racing down the Salzach River in an 8-person raft! Each day will offer varied and exciting activities.
Activities may include some or all of the following: sailing, canoeing, windsurfing, river rafting, biking, mountain walk using trains and gondolas, mountain descent on a Rodelbahn (artificial toboggan run), swimming in indoor and outdoor pools, visit to local towns and cities and sightseeing tours.
The trip:
- A tailor made school trip ‘inclusive package’ which will depart from and return to your school or college.
- Travel on a luxury executive coach with exclusive use throughout the trip. Available coach sizes include 50, 60, 70 and 80 seats OR alternatively choose to travel by air from your local airport.
- Five or six nights full board accommodation in a family run, children friendly, modern hotel, sharing 2 to 4 children per room.
- Including full buffet breakfast and a substantial hot three course evening meal. Lunch is provided and is usually a packed meal.
- All outdoor and adventurous activities accompanied and supervised by nationally qualified instructors.
- Windsurfing experience and instruction on Lake Zell.
- Cycling adventure through the local villages and pastures.
- Visit to The Gerlos Falls and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier at 3000m.
- Exciting Rafting experience on the Sallzach River.
- Final night BBQ and party.

The school holiday package is priced from around £1199 per paying traveller which will include all services as stated based on a minimum of forty paying students travelling by coach. This cost excludes mandatory travel & medical insurance at £25 per person. This cost also provides for 5 complimentary adult staff places.
OR Travelling by air
From around £1325 per paying traveller by air from London, Manchester, Edinburgh, etc, which will include all services as stated based on a minimum of 40 paying students. Six nights’ accommodation. This cost excludes mandatory travel & medical insurance at £25 per person. This cost also provides for 4 complimentary adult staff places and transfers to and from the airport in Europe.
