A corporate snowsports trip for your company. A unique opportunity to visit the beautiful region of Zell am See & Kaprun just one hour from Salzburg. This superb holiday incentive will provide you and your guests with the chance to learn to ski or snow-board or to improve skills you may already have. This brilliant three day holiday will be like no other you have experienced!

The holiday includes scheduled flights to Salzburg or Munich airport – meet & greet executive coach transfers, two nights accommodation in twin room with breakfast at luxury 4* in beautiful Kaprun.  Ski-pass, Ski, boot & stick or Boot & Board Hire. Full instruction, guiding and accompanying tour staff. All staff are fully qualified BASI, PSIA equivalent.

An opportunity to visit the superb area of Austria for a ‘Winter-sports Weekend’. Under normal circumstances it is impossible to visit the slopes over a weekend and to have the benefit of full instruction and guiding from qualified British Ski instructors.

It does not matter whether you have never stood on a pair of skis before or you are a ‘Black-run’ fiend or a novice ‘cruiser’, this superb incentive will cater for all levels of competency and provide guests with a very enjoyable winter sports weekend.

Corporate Snowsports Incentive Itinerary

Friday

  1. Scheduled flight from London / Manchester to Munich or Salzburg.
  2. Arrival in Austria where you will be met by an executive vehicle and English speaking courier for the transfer to the hotel.
  3. Check-in to pre-booked double rooms in the high quality village centre hotel, or alternatively a 4 star hotel in beautiful Zell am See. The hotel is fully equipped with heated ski-equipment room, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, cocktail bar and restaurant. All rooms are en-suite.
  4. Visit to the ski-equipment shop – to collect your skis/boards and boots. All equipment is new and current this season.
  5. Welcome ‘Schnapps’ and meet the Instruction Team – relax with the team. The team leader will welcome you and explain the format of the weekend and then identify the various abilities of the groups ready for Saturday morning.
  6. Dinner in the hotel with wines.

Saturday

  1. Early start and full breakfast before heading to the adjacent slopes. The modern lift systems soon have you 2km above the valley floor on the piste in perfect skiing conditions. The team will have already been divided into groups and each group will undergo evaluation and instruction / guiding to their own level of competency. No group member will be put under any pressure or in a situation with which they are not entirely happy.
  2. Lunch on the mountain with a break for around 1 hour.
  3. Ski-ing continues after lunch with the groups putting into practice the techniques they have learnt in the morning. A fun session will follow with the opportunity to ski some jumps and bumps!
  4. Early dinner with wines to satisfy the hunger after exertion.
  5. Bowling evening – the opportunity to try your hand and Austrian 5 pin bowls prior to retiring to a local bar for Schnapps and singing.

Sunday

  1. Early start and full breakfast before heading to the adjacent slopes. Further instruction and guiding on new areas not skied on Saturday.
  2. Lunch on the mountain with a break for around 1 hour.
  3. Fun session in the afternoon with ski-races and technique challenges.
  4. Return to the hotel for a well-earned drink prior to shower and change for dinner.
  5. Evening dinner in the hotel with Champagne and Schnapps prize giving.
  6. All guests will receive a BASA snowsports certificate

Monday

  1. Check-out of the hotel and transfer to airport for the return scheduled flight back to the UK.
  2. End of tour
