Two of our team flew to Budapest last week, to join the Travel Trust Association National Conference 2019. The conference supports TTA members like TGM Holidays to deliver exceptional cultural and educational tours.
Thursday, the first night was hosted by AmaWaterways on the fabulous AmaCerto river cruiser. A wonderful dinner, luxury cabin and a midnight illuminated cruise on the Danube followed by entertainment until late created and night to remember.
Early Friday morning we transferred to the Inter Continental Hotel Budapest with great views over the Danube. A full day’s conference followed by informal dinner and entertainment in the local market.
Saturdays workshops and meetings gave us a great opportunity to network with other suppliers and travel trade professionals. A Gala Dinner and awards ceremony closed the conference in style.
After a leisurely breakfast on Sunday we enjoyed a two hour walking tour of Budapest including a Strudel making demonstration and delicious coffee. Late afternoon we transferred to the airport for return flights back to the UK.
A very informative, tiring and enjoyable event, thanks go to the TTA.
